House is beautiful on site staff Is AMAZING from the driver to the cook and cleaning staff they were beyond accommodating. Booked this house for my bachelor party of 8 we all fit no problem. Pool and decks are amzing veiws are beautiful and Mr. Mark was the best driver/guide you could ask for! Making anything we needed happen from jet ski rental too the blue lagoon and any request was answered. Highly suggest staying here very modern wich is hard to find in montego bay.

We were a group of eight and enjoyed a comfortable stay. The staff and host were all extremely accommodating. I would certainly recommend this villa to others looking to enjoy Montego Bay off the beaten path and away from the typical tourist attractions.

I want to start by saying that the house was amazing and very updated! Amazing view and the host was great! He responded back quickly and made sure everything went smooth! I want to give a special shout out to me to Mr.Jackson your such a great driver and took us everywhere we want to go without a problem! And Ms. Marsha for her big welcoming smile and helpful tips! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Crystal Palace is more or less exactly what it looks like — a new villa (with some kinks natural to a novel location) that is modern, spacious, and has nice locations to hang around at. The driver (Mr. Jackson) was a very jovial fellow, happy to help transport and give some local tips as to anything guests might need. Likewise, the Chef (Mr. Reed) was perfectly fine at providing the local cuisine, should one so desire. Despite some minor miscommunications, the stay was enjoyable. What you see is what you get, no more no less.

My stay at Crystal Palace Jamaica Villa was nothing short of AMAZING!! I chose to host my very small intimate wedding here and so glad I did. The villa itself was super clean and simply BEAUTIFUL with Amazing Views on the top level. We felt safe and comfortable staying there during Covid times and extra sanitation measures were taken to ensure our well being.
The pictures on the website does this villa no justice although the pictures are what got me here in the 1st place 😊. Ms Marsha, the villa manager was so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of and all of our needs and concerns were met, along with the housekeeper. Mr. Jackson, the transportation guy also took care of us with all our transportation needs and is such a super nice guy. We used the chef service the day of the wedding and the food was AMAZING. The entire staff took very good care of us.
Milton, the villa owner, I can’t say enough great things about him. He has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we expected it to be. Great communication from start to finish. Milton, I can’t thank you enough. Thanku for EVERYTHING!! I most definitely will stay here over and over again and can’t wait to come back to visit again. I feel like the entire Crystal Palace Villa Team is truly family now.
